About DOODLE JUMP
Controls & feel
On keyboard, tap left/right to steer; on phone or tablet, tilt to glide between platforms. Your jump is automatic—landing on a platform bounces you higher—so your brain is 90% path planning and 10% “please don’t whiff.” It’s super snappy, and once you hit a rhythm, you’ll thread gaps like a pro.
Platform IQ (read the floor!)
Solid boards are your besties. Cracked platforms snap after a single touch. Moving platforms need timing, especially when they slide away right as you land. Fading clouds give you a blink-and-you-miss-it window—commit or you’re toast.
Power-ups & hazards
Springs and trampolines are mini-launchpads; the propeller cap and jetpack are mega height boosts (free elevator, baby). A shield gives you one “oops” moment. Enemies? Pop them by tapping (or landing on their heads), and never drift into black holes. If a UFO appears, juke it early—getting beamed is a speedrun to sadness.
Score-chasing tips (from too many late-night runs)
• Scan two platforms ahead. If the next safe spot isn’t obvious, stall midair and drift.
• Stay center-ish. You’ll have exit routes both ways when a monster photobombs you.
• Chain boosts. Grab a spring into a propeller cap and you’ll clear nasty gaps without panic-tilts.
• Don’t chase every bonus. A risky detour for one coin isn’t worth a mega fall.
