It’s you, a tiny health bar, and a flood of enemies that do not believe in personal space. Horde: You vs 100 is a top-down survival shooter where the arena fills up fast and your only plan is: move smart, shoot smarter. Waves ramp every minute—new enemy types, tighter angles, and that “oh no” moment when the screen turns into a red sprinkler.

How it plays
WASD to strafe, mouse to aim, click to fire, scroll/number keys to swap guns. Ammo’s generous, but fire-rate and reloads matter when you’re kiting a swarm. Power-ups drop mid-fight—think brief invulnerability, rapid fire, or damage boosts. Save them for “I’m surrounded” emergencies instead of popping them the second they appear.

What actually wins runs
Route the map. Do figure-8 loops around obstacles so the horde strings out behind you. Funnel. Drag enemies past cars, crates, or corners so they bunch up for shotguns and explosives. Target priority. Delete sprinters and ranged units first; slow zombies can jog behind you forever. Weapon rhythm. SMGs clear crowds, rifles pick elites, shotguns clutch at melee range—swap on purpose, not in panic.

Upgrades worth grabbing
Area damage (grenades/splash) turns chokepoints into free XP, lifesteal or regen buys mistakes back, and movement speed is secretly S-tier because dead players can’t DPS. If a boss spawns, kite wide circles, tap fire to keep accuracy, and only cut across the pack when you’ve created a gap.

Why it’s fun
Matches are quick, the controls are crisp, and every run teaches a small lesson you can use next time. It’s pick-up-and-play in the browser (Chromebook friendly), but the ceiling’s high enough to chase better times and cleaner clears.
