Cubetail is a blocky snake game you can play alone or with a friend on the same keyboard. Steer your cube snake around the play mat, eat gems to grow longer and grab superpowers like Turbo, Ghost, Magnet, Double and Freeze. If another snake bumps into you, you get bonus points, and the snake that crashed breaks into big gems for everyone to grab. In 2-player mode the screen splits in half. Each player sees their own snake, and an arrow at the edge shows where the other one is. Pick 1, 2 or 3 minutes. Whoever has the most points when the timer runs out wins. Add bots for extra chaos, or turn them off for a pure 1-on-1 duel. In 1-player mode you take on the bots and try to beat the top scores on your computer. Score more points to unlock 9 extra skins, from Rainbow and Tiger up to Galaxy, Robot and Gold. HOW TO SCORE Gem: 1 point Big gem from a crashed snake: 3 points Superpower: 10 points Another snake bumps into you: 25 points SUPERPOWERS Turbo – free speed for 6 seconds Ghost – slide through other snakes for 5 seconds Magnet – pulls in nearby gems for 8 seconds Double – all points x2 for 10 seconds Freeze – stops every snake near you for almost 2 seconds
